Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped. I am a one-person business.

I am not responsible for any additional charges or customs once the order leaves my country. To avoid unexpected charges, please check your national policies on international import taxes.

I do not accept returns or refunds unless the piece was either damaged or lost in transit. If you have any issues with your order, contact me and we will work it out.

For certified letters, some items might be rejected by Uruguay's national customs if the mailer is too bulky. In such cases, I will proceed to re-ship it as soon as I can as a parcel and I will provide you with your new tracking number. There will be no additional shipping costs.

You are free to cancel your order before it ships. Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number if you would like to do so.

International Shipping

I ship worldwide, all orders are shipped from Montevideo, Uruguay, through the national postal administration. The final delivery will be handled by the destination country's national postal service. You can inquire with me about other shipping services.

Parcels receive a native tracking number here and a new tracking number in the country of destination. If the second number is not created right away, you may receive an extra notification.

Standard

This service usually takes 30 days to reach its destination.

EMS

This service usually takes 15 days to reach its destination. EMS may not be available for all countries.

Letter shipping for stickers and prints.

Certified letter posts are available for small flat items; this shipping method will usually take around 30 days, and it includes a tracking number, as do parcels.

The second option is an untracked letter, it's the most accessible option for flat items. It is a slow service and cannot be tracked. No refunds are available for this option. 

The letter format is only available for items smaller than A5 paper; anything larger will be sent as a parcel.

Packaging

All international orders are shipped in cardboard boxes, tapestries travel rolled up or folded on themselves with corrugated cardboard to prevent them from squishing. Once your piece arrives, lay it on a flat surface for a little while to remove any possible bumps.

The package includes a card with the basic care and cleaning instructions.

Medium and large prints are sent in cardboard tubes or flat, sturdy packages.

Letter shipping is sent along a piece of cardboard to avoid bending or in a rigid mailer.
